About regular flights
- 1Order Acceptance
- Orders placed by the 10th of each month will be processed for the current month. Payment for the first month will be processed at the time of application (credit card only). Monthly payments will be automatically processed from the following month.
- 2Product Shipping
- After the application deadline, we will ship on the third Sunday of each month. We will continue to ship on the third Sunday of each month from the following month onwards.
- 3Product arrived
- After shipping, your order will be delivered within the usual delivery time (arrival dates may vary depending on the region).
- 4after that
- Once you sign up for our subscription service, we will deliver your order every month on the same cycle thereafter.
Regarding changes to the content or cancellation
Changes to the regular service schedule
By the 10th of the previous month, by email, orContact FormPlease let us know what changes you would like to make.
Changes can be made starting from the following month.

If you wish to change the shipment scheduled for the third Sunday of May, please contact us by April 10th.
If you wish to change the shipment scheduled for the third Sunday of June, please contact us by May 10th.
Regarding cancellation

The service will be stopped starting from the following month.
